At this moment, we are on the search for an outstanding Client Service Representative/New Business Processor to enhance our vibrant team.

The Role (We will train the right person!)

Your mission is to be the backbone of our client experience. From processing new business applications to ensuring our existing clients feel valued and supported, your role is crucial in our shared success. You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring every i is dotted and every t is crossed regarding applications and paperwork, especially for fixed-index annuities and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Masterfully process new client business and paperwork, with a sharp eye for details.
• Be the go-to person for account opening, servicing paperwork, and processing, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
• Collaborate with our team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Embrace continuous learning to stay atop industry trends and our internal processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance, especially with fixed-indexed annuities is a plus, but not required if you have the skills, ability and attitude.
• A knack for managing details, paperwork, and numbers.
• Team player, reliable, and coachable spirit.
• Strong desire to help people and make a meaningful impact.
• Motivated, hard-working, and slightly money-driven to seize the vast opportunities here.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
