Client Associate (CA) - Financial Services

At Braun Wealth Management of NEST Capital (BWM), we aim to provide the best client experience possible through setting and then exceeding client expectations. A partial list of responsibilities for this position include tasks such as:

• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Process client transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in account records and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document and track client interactions and work items effectively.
• Prepare and submit financial and investment documents, including applications and withdrawal forms, in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients to close the loop on outstanding items.
• Facilitate the opening of new accounts for clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed.
• Update beneficiary information in accordance with client requests.
• Compile reports and presentations for both prospective and existing clients, showcasing our firm's offerings and value proposition.
• Represent and enhance company Mission and Core Values

You can work independently but must be a good team member as well. While most client interactions during the pandemic have been on the phone or Zoom, we have ramped up client meetings in the office so you must be comfortable working in an office environment.

Pay Range: $16 - $19 per hour
