QUALIFICATIONS:

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and keeping a pipeline full of qualified prospects

Excellent customer relations skills and sales and referral skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly over the phone.

Very strong verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Proven successful skills in sales and service in a retail sales environment. Previous banking experiences a plus.

Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows software, and the ability to efficiently operate standard office equipment, including a computer, printer, fax and calculator

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
