Financial Associate (Public) gathers and interprets financial data and coordinates the process for the origination of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities or other municipal initiatives. Develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project, including bond ratings and insurance. Being a Financial Associate (Public) collaborates with public officials in analyzing the necessary bond and cash flow reports that are associated with the projects. Starts the offering process and may make recommendations to interested investors. Additionally, Financial Associate (Public) coordinates preparation of all offering documents. Manages the bond issuance process and assists with the offering. Depending on the size and level of project, responsibility may vary. May manage the entire project or only a portion of the deal. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an initiative-driven, detail-oriented individual to be an integral member of a team that supports a fast-paced financial advisor in the St. Petersburg, FL area. The Insurance Operations Associate plays an integral role on a Financial Advisor’s team. The Insurance Operations Associate serves as the authority on ensuring all stages of the insurance process are managed in a timely, detailed and confidential manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Manage all client communication and client service pertaining to insurance
▪ Administrative task assistance, including making and confirming appointments, record-keeping, pre-filling insurance applications, and other arrangements as needed
▪ Collect any outstanding reporting documents
▪ Handling delivery of policies
▪ Oversee social media and marketing for the advisor and manage other business development opportunities
▪ Create referral lists, call potential clients, and maintain client referral log
▪ Manage key client touchpoints such as birthdays, anniversaries, policy change dates, and policy reviews
▪ Oversee underwriting process and ensure all stages of the insurance process are managed in a timely, detailed, and confidential manner. Some responsibilities include:
