```Duties```

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licenced mental health professionals

- Assist in crisis management and de-escalation techniques

- Implement treatment plans and interventions as directed by the healthcare team

- Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meals, and medication administration

- Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational activities for patients

- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

```Experience```

- Previous experience in a mental health or related field preferred

- Knowledge of crisis management techniques and de-escalation strategies

- Familiarity with psychopharmacology and medication administration

- Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and special education

- Understanding of mental health counseling and therapy principles

- Knowledge of medical record documentation and confidentiality protocols

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members
