Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) years experience in admission processes and collections procedures is preferred. Working knowledge of managed care; interpretation of insurance coverage plans, co-payments and deductible schedules and payment plans is preferred. A working knowledge of computers and business software programs is desired.
Additional Requirements: Flexible hours including evening hours until 9:00 PM and may be required to work occasional overtime to meet the needs of the department.
