Second, the Financial Planning and Analytics Manager (MFPA) will lead the financial planning and analytics function providing key analysis and initiatives to improve financial performance and leadership to drive profitability for the company. The MFPA will work with global business leaders to identify key operating levers, create, and distribute insightful analyses with visualization of metrics, and support operational initiatives to drive success against strategic priorities which will help us become more proactive in our decisions. You will ensure key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities are highlighted to management and oversee preparation of robust and meaningful annual planning and quarterly forecasts, integrated with core business strategy, targets, and processes with partnering with operations. The MFPA will generate insight and drive outcomes by challenging assumptions, scoping, and framing problems, and analyzing and delivering solutions and influence strong cross-functional communications and enhance efficiencies by leading teams through process improvement efforts of critical business processes.
