As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and providing recommendations to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance. You will report directly to our Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and work closely with the VP of Finance, Accounting and other departments as necessary.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Take ownership over providing critical technical and analytical expertise in response to specialized modeling and report requests and authority to develop complex financial models for internal use
- Assist with the Strategic Plan/Budget, full P&L forecasting and Actuals/Budget/Forecast variance analysis as needed
- Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external use- Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)
- Take responsibility to develop and provide ad hoc reporting and analyses as requested by the Director or VP, Finance/Accounting
- Take authority over identifying, analyzing, and communicating trends and issues affecting the business

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel or similar platforms
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, data analytics or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
