Financial Planning and Analysis Director jobs in Salisbury, NC

Working within the FP&A Department (“Controlling department”) at EGGER Lexington, NC, reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for management accounting and cost accounting, as well as maintaining our Controlling system to our Group guidelines and procedures.

You will be an integral part of the team, working together on:

• Coordination of the Controlling month end closing processes.
• Coordinating and preparing monthly management information packs for the local management as required.
• Preparation of monthly reporting information for submission to the Group Controlling department.
• Reconciliation of the actual to budget EBITDA performance on a plant level and investigate variances in detail.
• Analyzing the business performance on a profit center, material group, and customer level.
• Analyzing and investigating the actual vs budget spend variances on a cost center level.
• Coordinating, preparing and analyzing the quarterly rolling budgets in line with Group guidelines.
• Calculating and monitoring standard costs of production on a monthly basis.
• Assisting in investment appraisal calculations in line with Group guidelines
• Coordinating the liquidity/cash flow forecasting on a monthly basis.
• Other tasks and duties as required.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant work experience of FP&A, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of using SAP is preferable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent Excel skills.
