We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet specifications and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design software and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using software such as Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, and SolidWorks, revit
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes
- Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in architectural design software such as Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, MicroStation, Bluebeam, Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work
