The early-in-career FP&A Analyst I, located onsite at our Delta, OH facility, will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, primarily focusing on profitability analysis and demand planning functions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making. The FP&A Analyst will conduct profitability analysis, develop financial models, and lead demand planning initiatives to optimize inventory management and support business growth objectives.
