Overview:
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leads the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis functions of the financial operations team. In this role the Director of FP&A will develop complex models using data insights generated from relevant and timely analysis of financial information and strategy and will present suggestions and insights into the drivers of the results for use in leaderships’ development of strategic decisions. The Director of FP&A will also partner with the Financial Controller and support the financial operations team by supervising, directing, and developing the appropriate team resources to meet team objectives. This role will work closely with campaign leadership and stakeholders throughout the campaign and will support and guide the day to day budget team operations.
