Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the organization and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with front desk duties, including receiving and distributing mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft and Salesforce
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
