Financial Reporting Accountant jobs in El Paso, TX

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Conduct monthly and year-end close processes
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and financial audits
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Must be read, write, and speak Spanish
• Proven experience in budgeting, accounting, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
