The South Western School District is currently seeking qualified candidates to serve as the Secretary to the Director of Accountability, Comparability and Reporting. This is a 12-month, full time position, anticipated start date July 2022, approximately 35-40 hours per week. The primary responsibilities of this position include data entry, providing technical support to staff, families and students; and managing network accounts. Please see attached position description for specific details about performance responsibilities. Minimum qualifications include: High School Diploma (Associates degree or higher preferred); Clerical experience (Preferably one-year or more experience in an educational setting); Clean Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 Background Checks/Clearances; Strong interpersonal, human relations, organizational, and communication skills; The ability to work with little supervision; Computer, including word processing and Microsoft skills; Ability to hear with 40 decibel loss maximum and see with accuracy of at least 20 feet normal depth perception, field of vision and accommodation; Ability to reach above and below the waist; walk and use fingers to pick, feel, and grasp items; Use of both hands for repetitive motion and bending and twisting of the body; Ability to lift/carry supplies and objects weighing no more than 40 lbs; and Ability to sit or stand eighty percent (80%) of workday.
