Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Manager manages the financial reporting staff May work with external auditors to provide requested information. May assist with the preparation of materials for board or shareholders. Additionally, Financial Reporting Manager requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Reporting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Financial Reporting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Hourly: $15.00 - $20.50

    The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average.  The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. 

     

    Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or Saturday.

    Responsibilities

    What you will be doing: 

     

    • Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner 
    • Marketing for new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls  
    • Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products 
    • Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility  
    • Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls 

     

    Qualifications

    • Customer service mindset 
    • Experience with sales and/or customer service 
    • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time 
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
