Position Purpose: Develop, implement, and perform compliance auditing, monitoring and reporting activities based on established program, policies, and practices to ensure and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory and contractual requirements.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, compliance, or related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience. Experience with risk assessment requirements, auditing and reporting processes, action plans, and compliance training. Candidates must live in Oklahoma.
Pay Range: $52,900.00 - $95,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
