Additionally, Financial Reporting Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. AmTrust North America Claims is looking for an experienced data and reporting thought partner and motivated self-starter to lead a team of local and remote resources to deliver on several high impact and high visibility strategic priorities. This role will be on a hybrid schedule in an AmTrust location.
This position will report to the VP, Claims Reporting & Analytics and will support the North American Claims Organization by providing data and reporting to drive operational excellence across the Claims organization. The right candidate will bring a balance of leadership, technical expertise, vision, creativity and execution to the table.
