Summary:
Collects, consolidates and analyzes financial data required for both internal and external purposes. Prepares various financial statements and information for both internal and external reporting. Prepares various journal entries and reconciliations to support proper financial statements. Researches accounting rules and regulations, in addition to gathering data on other public companies for comparison purposes. Acts as liaison between various departments within the Company and external auditors to ensure the timely issuance of high quality financial statements.
Responsibilities
•Prepare journal entries and reconciliations in support of account balances and the monthly financial close process.
•Create and maintain auditable schedules and analyses in support of general ledger account balances and SEC reporting
disclosures.
•Support external financial audits.
•Conduct technical accounting research as needed.
•Prepare consolidated financial statements, internal/management reporting, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
•Obtain information for financial analysis, work closely with internal and external auditors and provide assistance for SEC reporting.
•Assist with monthly internal reporting for senior management, as well as for both operational and financial personnel as
requested.
•Assist with quarterly preparation of information for quarterly press releases, investor presentations and Board of Directors
presentations.
•Assist with SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy, etc.) and earnings release, including preparation of supporting schedules, and
ensuring accuracy of information in the filings.
•Participate in special projects as necessary.

Other Information
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA required, or combination of education and experience as approved by executive management. 3-4 years of public accounting experience or financial reporting experience in a corporate accounting team preferred.
