DESCRI[PTION

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management or relative from an accredited institution and 1O years of financial experience in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or General Contractors financials. Masters degree preferred
• Significant knowledge of Project Controls/Project management processes
• PMI Certification or other contracting/project management certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance principles and practices (GAAP)
• Construction Accounting Experience, AIA Billing, Certified Payroll, Job Costing, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgeting prferred
• Systems Skills- Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Hyperion HFM, Essbase, Textura, SCA LCMS, Prolog
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and use decision-making capabilities and judgement to prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities
• Leadership Skills (works well independently and in team environment, able to direct/manage others effectively, work with all levels of management, independent decision-making abilities)
• Ability to think strategically

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
