```Responsibilities```
- Assist financial advisors with client onboarding and account maintenance
- Prepare and process client account paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and closings
- Execute client transactions, such as trades and money transfers
- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates to financial advisors
- Conduct research on investment options and present findings to financial advisors
- Assist with cash management, including processing deposits and withdrawals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client requests
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial industry, such as sales or public accounting, is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and understanding of financial concepts
- Knowledge of corporate accounting principles is a plus
- Familiarity with wealth management practices and wills trusts estate law is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
