We staff national pharmacies with infusion nurses that specialize in the administration of high risk intravenous medications to chronically ill patients in their homes in Suffolk & Nassau Counties, the 5
boroughs of NY, New York City, Staten Island, CT and NJ. We provide safe, high quality services that the patient and their family deserve.
Must Have:
Preferred scheduling coordinator experience a plus
Has knowledge of medical terminology a plus
Excellent phone skills/communication skills
Detail oriented; proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel , Outlook , ACT, Email & Google)
Must have the ability to multitask
Desire to continue to learn and grow with company
Must be very reliable and punctual; compliance with HIPAA

Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Accurate scheduling and coordination of patient services; staff RN’s and taking verbal orders from MD’s
Maintains scheduling documentation
Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
Enters scheduling data/creates schedules
Enters staff RN and client information into database
Performs general office duties including but not limited to photocopying, filing, shredding, faxing, mailing, emailing, texting and telephone services
Assists other employees where needed
Is responsible and cooperative with patients/families, supervisors, fellow employees/ staff RN’s and MD’s
Maintains friendly working atmosphere
Maintains appropriate attitude and appearance
Utilizes established channels of communication
Recognizes limitations and seeks assistance appropriately
