Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
§ Assist with insurance new business. Obtain pre-sale pricing and coordinate underwriting process, including scheduling of exams, obtaining medical and financial records, and finalizing contract delivery with client and advisor.
§ Deliver superior client service—troubleshoot problems and serve as a liaison between adviser and client as needed.
§ Maintain client records in CRM database. Communicate confidential client information professionally and discreetly
§ Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
§ Research information needed for client meetings. Prepare documents, notes, and presentation materials, as required
§ Answer, screen and route phone calls for advisors, assisting clients directly or taking messages as appropriate
§ Compose and type general correspondence
§ Proofread documents and marketing materials to ensure quality control
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred/required or preferred but not required)
1-3 years of experience (Financial Services experience preferred);
Excellent typing, spelling, and proofreading skills required
(Life, health, and securities licenses preferred) (but not required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software
§ Good verbal and written communication skills
§ Ability to work independently and establish priorities
§ Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and respond quickly
