Performs customer service and administrative tasks to answer product questions, make changes to accounts, open new accounts, and receive orders. Maintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads and additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Additionally, Financial Retail Sales Assistant - Registered coordinates referrals, sales appointments, and requests for information. Has a solid knowledge and understanding of the firm's product offerings. May require a bachelor's degree.
