Job Description

As part of the Client Operations team, you will support our media and finance teams across our portfolio of agencies by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.

• Admin tasks such as keeping calendar deliverables, creation and tracking of platform access, and distro list management.
• Data entry
• Support media billing processes across stakeholders
• Liaise with agency support services, vendors and internal teams to resolve media billing issues
• Source and compile information for client reporting
• Supporting vendor compliance processes
• Keeping track of media authorizations
• Reporting responsibilities during Billing cycle
• Supporting and collaborating with brands & agency projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• B2 or above English language level
• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 months - 1 year of experience with Finance or Accounting roles
