Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. This position is broken down into two sections; 1. Learning how to close sales and 2. Learning how to teach and train others. As a company, we believe that our Sales Team Managers first need to learn our system and learn how to sell at a high level. The first 90 days of this position, your main objective will be learning our system, learning our products, and learning how to sell our products. After, your job will be focused on attracting, retaining, teaching, and training sales agents on how to sell our products at a high level while still maintaining a consistent ability to sell our products personally.
First year representatives in this position average 90k-110k first year; with many being well above. For this position, We are looking for a leader who is career focused and looking for a career that offers rapid career advancement with uncapped income potential.
