Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. Being a Financial Systems Manager researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements, and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements. Creates processes and procedures to ensure best practices for financial systems are used throughout the organization. Additionally, Financial Systems Manager trains departmental staff as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Financial Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities

    Work Location: Grand Prairie, AB

     

    What you will be doing:

     

    As our Branch Manager you will coach and help lead our customer service team in providing our loyal and new customers with amazing service as you work with them through the process to acquire financial services they need. 

     

    In addition, you will:

    • Be a proud branch leader and brand ambassador
    • You will manage the P&L Statement to meet all budgeted numbers and meet company’s expectations for performance
    • Implement action plans to maximize sales and productivity with all team members
    • Manage employee scheduling, assigned monthly training, and payroll
    • Manage the annual performance evaluation process for employees, supported by effective feedback to each employee throughout the year
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition team on any hiring needs
    • You will be a hands-on leader, exemplifying great customer service, and working through any customer concerns or challenges
    • Adhere to and monitor established loss prevention standards with the store team (i.e. loan decision criteria, password protection, and dual authorization)

    Qualifications

    What you should have:

    • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to coach and guide others towards success
    • 1 years of customer service experience
    • 1 year of leadership/ management experience
    • Availability to work full-time

    Job Type: Full Time

     

    Base Salary: $53,040

     

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the provincial average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

     

    All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our RRSP/DPSP program once you have completed 3 months of employment with a company match.
