What You'll Do:

• Manage workstation operating system patch management processes, including software version control on endpoints and utilizing PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Oversee endpoint software management, ensuring all software is up-to-date and secure, utilizing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and other relevant technologies, and implementing endpoint security solutions such as antivirus, anti-malware, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems.
• Create and maintain gold images for workstations.
• Administer patch management systems, including those integrated with Azure services and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Conduct inventory management and control for workstations and endpoints, utilizing help desk/ticketing systems.
• Control all asset transfers and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide next-level technical support as a System Support Tech, including help desk and ticketing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues efficiently.
• Provide user training and create documentation for endpoint management procedures and best practices.
• Manage endpoint-related projects, such as OS migrations, software deployments, or endpoint security enhancements.
• Manage all software deployment packages and their rollout to endpoints.
