Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. Being a Financial Systems Manager researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements, and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements. Creates processes and procedures to ensure best practices for financial systems are used throughout the organization. Additionally, Financial Systems Manager trains departmental staff as needed.     - Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
    - Perform account analysis and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
    - Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes
    - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets
    - Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance on complex accounting issues
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance
    - Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms
    - Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances to identify trends or areas of concern
    - Provide financial management reports, including financial statements, cash flow projections, and profitability analysis
    - Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources

    ```Qualifications```
    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related field
    - Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and ability to apply them effectively
    - Proficiency in account analysis, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation
    - Experience with technical accounting research and application
    - Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
    - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
    - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
