As a Fine-Dining Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:Provide warm and courteous greetings to guests upon arrival.
Assist guests in selecting dishes and beverages, offering recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Address any questions or concerns guests may have regarding the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Order Taking and Processing:Record accurate and detailed orders, ensuring special requests and modifications are noted precisely.
Communicate orders to the kitchen staff in an organized and timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Food and Beverage Knowledge:Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Recommend wine pairings and other beverage options to complement guests' selections.
Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to guests.
Service Excellence:Demonstrate polished service skills, including proper tableside manner, order delivery, and guest interaction.
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests, maintaining a proactive approach throughout the dining experience.
Ensure all service steps are followed, maintaining consistency and adherence to the restaurant's service standards.
Table Setup and Maintenance:Prepare tables with precision, ensuring proper tableware, glassware, and utensils are set in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.
