Responsibilities

• Understands our culture and does whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Makes food recommendations to guests and answers all menu and service-related questions.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
• Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring our guests receive "safe" meals.
• Properly rings in all items served to guests.
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
• Provides accurate checks to guests, accepts payments, and completes all appropriate transactions.
• Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Thanks guests as they leave and invite them to return to return.

Hospitality to your Team

• Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed and in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and team members.
• Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
• Follow proper cash out/check out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard in food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
