Fine Dining Cook - Casino jobs in Houston, TX

Duties:
- Greet customers, providing them with menus and answering any initial questions
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payment transactions and provide accurate change
- Clean and reset tables for the next guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift trays of food or beverages as needed
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards
