We are hiring Exceptional Servers for our Ranch Club restaurant for the busy Summer Season where we provide fine dining for residents, members and their guests. Our primary responsibility is to provide world-class service with grace and professionalism that reflects our desire to genuinely care for and exceed the expectations of our members and their guests.

The Preserve is a NO GRATUITY community and our higher base pay rates reflect this policy.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability - shifts are typically 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm Tuesday - Sunday
• One year or more of fine dining server experience
• Possession/ability to obtain a CA Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification
• Ability to pour beer, wine or spirits and build basic cocktails
• Proficient in basic computer use, JONAS experience preferred
• Exceptional guest service
