The Fine Grind in Little Falls, NJ is looking for a friendly, smart, reliable, hard-working individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate possess a love for coffee, the ability to provide outstanding customer service and is detail and solutions oriented.

Responsibilities

*Taking customer orders and providing exceptional customer service to every customer. *Prepare beverages and food items in accordance with customer needs. *Maintain a clean and tidy work area following health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers and co-workers cheerfully and professionally. *Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

Qualifications

*Foodservice or Barista experience preferred. *Able be punctual, dependable and have reliable transportation. *Able to anticipate needs of others and proactively work to meet those needs. *Ability to be responsible and work without supervision to determine and fulfill the needs of the business. *Strong attention to detail *Willing and excited to work in an often fast paced environment
