Responsibilities:

• Be friendly, courteous, and polite to customers.
• Make recommendations to customers about wines, specials, desserts, and other menu items.
• Take food orders from customers and enter information into computer.
• Plan work schedule by estimating number of guests for each shift.
• Serve courses, appetizers, and desserts at tables.
• Greet guests and seat them in dining room; greet guests in lobby or outside and help them find tables; sometimes host is on the floor and the person who greets is at the podium.
• Clear dirty dishes from tables; take dirty dishes to kitchen or dish station.
• Fill end of night duties for server.
• Provide top notch service for our fine dining establishment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2.37 per hour
