Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Five Star Fine Dining General Manager! We need someone with the passion and results to achieve success through people, quality, and hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes Five Star guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example and teaching
• Builds a high-performing team. Recruits, hires, and trains a fully staffed Five Star team.
• Develops, communicates, and achieves forecasts and realistic budgets, goals, and objectives.
• Has the ownership mentality throughout the business. To ensure guest experience quality while maintaining profit margins.
• Uses Guest feedback and surveys to increase brand loyalty and constantly improve Guest experience.
• Keen attention to the corporate cost of goods and labor standards to drive unit profitability.
• Knowledge and training of all employees regarding safety hazards and best practices.
• Restaurant paperwork, including payroll, purchasing, deposits, employee records, cash sheets, etc. – completed timely and accurately.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale Fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong operations background with exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• People First Mentality – passion for driving exceptional Guest and employee experiences
• People Development – recruitment, selection, and training of team members
