We are looking for dedicated and passionate FOH members to join our team at Restaurant Matilda at The Henson, opening late April 2024 in the heart of the Catskills! We are located in Hensonville, a hamlet of Windham, 5 minutes from Windham Mountain, 30 minutes from Hudson and 20 minutes from Catskill.

The Henson is a newly renovated, thoughtfully designed 16 room boutique inn and restaurant founded by The Hunter Houses and the Michelin-starred chefs behind Contra and Wildair in NYC. We offer an exciting opportunity in a fulfilling and fun environment, working directly alongside owners and chefs deeply passionate about great hospitality, with a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage programs within Restaurant Matilda. Guests at The Henson will be treated to seasonal events, rooftop parties, garden dinners, and more.

-Positions Available:

• Fine dining servers
• Bartenders (knowledge of classic and modern cocktail techniques preferred)
• Servers Assistants/Bar Servers/Barbacks
• Hosts

Matilda, at The Henson will be open 7 days a week (5 days a week to the public for dinner service and 2 days a week just for hotel guests). Opening staff members will have extensive training including:

• Standard Operating Procedures
• Steps Of Service
• Menu knowledge
• Wine tastings
• Toast POS training

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
