Fine Dining Restaurant Chef - Casino jobs in Chicopee, MA

Blue Heron Restaurant in Sunderland, MA is looking for a fine dining server to join our award-winning team. Our ideal candidate is positive, motivated, and a great team player.
Applicants must be able to work nights and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Thanksgiving. Part time schedule available.
Responsibilities

*Take orders and serve guests using the fine dining steps of service *Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional customer service *Maintain detailed food and beverage knowledge and assist guests with recommendations and pairing suggestions *Maintain clean and sanitary work areas
Qualifications

*Previous full-service restaurant experience; 2 years fine dining preferred *TIPS Certification *Night, weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday availability
