As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our dining services consistently deliver high-quality, nutritious food in a fiscally responsible and safe manner. You'll be part of our Creative Dining management team, collaborating professionally to meet the needs of our customers, clients, staff, and community. 

Core Responsibilities of the Executive Chef:

• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of approximately 15 kitchen staff
• Oversee and coordinate culinary activities across the operation
• Manage food purchases and inventory with overall fiscal responsibility
• Standardize menus and recipes for consistent quality
• Set and maintain food quality standards 
• Evaluate total operational performance and ensure client satisfaction. 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Culinary Arts Degree with at least five years of cooking experience required. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of cooking experience.
• At least five years of management experience required
• ServSafe certification required
• Director/top of account experience preferred 
• Experience using Microsoft Office Programs preferred 
• Membership to the American Culinary Federation preferred
