Summary
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who focuses on the guest experience, has a hands-on management style, is adept with financials, and knows how to manage the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business, while providing ongoing education/mentorship for their management team so strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.
