Experience: A minimum of 3 years in food preparation and demonstrated supervisory skills.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods up to four (4) hours in length. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, and other items up to 50 pounds in weight. Requires normal vision, including color acuity and depth perception, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, finger dexterity, and hand/eye coordination.
