Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Provide recommendations on wine pairings or specialty cocktails

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment is required
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
- Familiarity with brewing techniques, bartending skills, and cocktail preparation is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in banquet or event service is beneficial
- Sales skills to promote menu items or specials
