**Duties:**

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist in cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day, and keeps working station clean throughout.
