    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES Customer Service program with each patron and Team Member you may come in contact with (eye contact, hi- greeting, goodbye as a departure).
    • Promote daily, weekly, and monthly marketing events.
    • This position will be responsible for completing sales to customers including taking money in payment of sales, counting appropriate change, appropriate handling of cash payments, properly processing comps, and appropriate accounting for cash, credit, and comp receipts.
    • Cashier responsibilities.
    • Food preparation.
    • This position will also greet and welcome guests, assign seating, and escort guests to their table.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.  High School diploma or equivalent and three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Intermediate computer knowledge.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.

     

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.

     

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

    Must qualify for a license with the Maryland State Lottery Agency and meet any credentialing requirements of the Maryland Gaming Control Board.
