JOB SUMMARY: The host will be responsible for meeting, greeting and building relationships with guests to promote loyalty and repeat visits. Work closely with Summit Rewards to maintain guests on the casino floor. Answer questions, concerns and comping issues pertaining to their play account. Maintain a professional relationship with guests while providing specialized attention. Enhance the growth of gaming revenues through the development of the guest database.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing, sitting and moving throughout the casino. Must be able to bend, squat, and able to lift at least twenty five pounds (25 lbs). Manual and finger dexterity required for computer and routine paperwork.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Must possess excellent communication skills as well as guest service. Must be able to demonstrate all aspects of hospitality, professionalism, prompt and courteous service, with extreme attention to detail. Must have strong computer and math skills, thorough understanding of casino games, and player rating programs. Thorough understanding of the local agricultural community and general familiarity with guests. Dresses and acts professionally at all times and is the primary contact for high-end players. Provides courteous, hospitable service. Prohibited from becoming personally involved with guests, fraternizing, sharing gossip, innuendo or personal information. Maintains highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
