Job Summary
The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for operating the assigned Restaurant/Bar area efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling and training restaurant/bar and gaming non-exempt Team Members, monitoring non-exempt Team performance, assist in maintaining the Restaurant/Bar in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring Guest/Customer satisfaction utilizing FINE Entertainment’s service standards.
