The Alotian Club is seeking to hire a Fine Dining Professional (FDP) to execute and uphold the ultimate fine dining experience for our members and guests. Candidates must have a Guests First attitude, be strong orators and have a highly professional appearance and demeanor. Candidates that will be successful take a sense of pride in a job well done. A Day in the Life
The Fine Dining Professional (FDP) is a highly skilled and knowledgeable food and beverage expert with a passion for providing unique and memorable experiences. The FDP is responsible for all aspects of dinner service, including preparation, execution, breakdown and reset. At The Alotian Club, anticipation and preparation is the name of the game and is representative of daily responsibilities. Occasionally a FDP may be responsible for F&B outlets in the on-site cottages & out on the golf course. The Alotian Club prides itself on creating a unique and customized experience for every member and guest, which requires a passion for service, commitment to excellence, creativity, and flexibility as no two days are ever the same.

Work Schedule
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of primarily nights and weekends, with some holidays when needed. This is a full time position.
