Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dining Site Assistant Manager. This role involves supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the operations of our dining sites, ensuring the smooth service of meals, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Candidate must be available between the hours from 7 am to 1 pm. While you are training, you will be traveling to different sites so please keep that in mind.

Key Responsibilities:
Stand in for the Site Manager during their absence.
Oversee the meal service process, from setup to cleanup.
Supervise staff and volunteers at the meal site or during meal delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all program reports, including client records and mileage.
Implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide seniors with information about resources and referrals for available services.
Attend required meetings and training sessions.
Perform other duties as necessary to meet program goals and objectives.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently
Experience in report preparation
Experience supervising and directing volunteers
Compassion and care for senior clients
Basic calculation skills and familiarity with data entry procedures
Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation rules
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude

***Comfortable using a computer and fluent in English
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, and load up to 20 pounds
