This Upscale steakhouse concept is dedicated to excellent service, delicious, scratch, chef-driven cuisine– and a sophisticated beverage program. The FOH/Manager will be someone who brings that to life in their approach and working style.

The ideal FOH/Manager for this position has:

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• A passion for the restaurant/hospitality industry
• High restaurant IQ
• Experience managing people and developing staff
• Knowledge and understanding of service standards, health department regulations, and relevant federal, state, and local laws
• A willingness to learn, lead, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High volume/Fine dining experience

This FOH opportunity comes with a competitive compensation package, including up to $80k, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
