Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding and Roofing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our siding and roofing operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. From project planning to execution, the Roofing and Siding Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate siding and roofing projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the project.

2. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and motivate a team of siding and roofing professionals, including crews and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the resources and training necessary to perform their roles effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed projects to verify compliance with specifications and client expectations.
• Take corrective action as needed to address any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections.

4. Safety Compliance:

• Promote a culture of safety on all job sites, emphasizing the importance of adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks to educate team members on best practices and hazard mitigation strategies.
• Investigate and report any accidents or near misses, and implement preventive measures to minimize future risks.

5. Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of projects, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes in a timely and professional manner, seeking mutually beneficial resolutions whenever possible.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in siding and roofing installation, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations applicable to siding and roofing projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam) preferred.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
